Always a problem- truck broke down
New driver
Should have been there
Delivered to wrong address
And most recently- packages arrived in Rexburg Friday morning. They “think”it might be delivered the following Wednesday.
Unacceptable- in need of change

My package was delivered to the wrong address on a Thursday. I called Thursday evening when I got home and realized it was not there and was lead to believe it would be at my house on Friday. Friday came and went with no package. I called again Sat morning and was told that the office workers would not be about to address the issue until Monday and I would get a call no later than 10:00 Monday morning. No call, so I called again and talked to Donna (who was extremely rude and not helpful). All i wanted was a little communication from UPS. There was no need to be irritated with me for wanting to know when I should expect what I paid for. I was very disappointed with the service I received from her. My other 2 costumer service agents were very pleasant and helpful.
