The downtown Y has a great location and easy access. It's located in the same building as Huntsville Utilities. Users can use the the Huntsville Utility lot that is directly next door.
All the equipment is well maintained and it all works! That's important to me because I can have a repeatible routine and program. My workouts are mainly for cardio exercise and strengthening for treating arthritis. I can usually get the machines I want when I want them.
The staff is helpful and friendly and that's most important to me. Evaluations, help in creating an exercise program, and personal training services are available and those that carry charges are reasonable in price.
