11/18/2015Re-InspectionReinspection was performed due to boil water order imposed at last inspection. There was a chlorine residual of 2.0 mg/l in the kitchen sink at 3:45 pm. Operator has had chlorine back in system now for two days. Operator will need to take two consecutive days water samples which are negative for bacteria and send these results to NYSDOH office before boil water order can be lifted. Facility uses only bottled water and bagged ice, will use boiled water for cooking. Please mail a copy of the report to the facility address.
