Server was busy fixing drinks, did not ever acknowledge my wait at the counter as in "I'll be with you in a moment" or "thank you for waiting" after I had waited a considerable amount of time. When I arrived home, I noticed that I had no blue cheese on my apple walnut salad, the cheese being the main reason I order that salad. I called and spoke with Jose, who had waited on me. He insisted that he had taken the order correctly and proceeded to argue with me about how I had ordered. After telling him that his job was to make it right, not argue with me, he said he would have the blue cheese ready for me. I made another 30 minute round trip to the restaurant. He continued to wait on other customers as I stood there. Finally I went to the other service person and asked if he would get me the blue cheese. Finally Jose acknowledged me and said, "oh, we don't have any blue cheese" and gave me my money back for the salad. I have been a customer here for years but will not go back as long as this person is in charge. He does not have the type of attitude necessary to be in customer service.
