Employee/ patron restroom handwash sink is not equipped with a single faucet in which water can be blended, rather there are two seperate faucets.Owner states that this will be corrected at the time of restroom remodel which is scheduled in the near future.

Two temporary lights have been added to increase lighting while dish area is being remodeled, however both of these are non-shielded fluorescent bulbs.

Housemade marinara made from canned tomato and spices being cooled in 5 gallon plastic container in the walk-in cooler with the lid on had an internal product temperature of 57* F.Product does not contain meat. Reviewed proper c ooling methods with owner and advised him that upon re-inspection unless he has had product tested and it is not potentially hazardous it must be cooled properly. Left cooling flyer.

There were several soiled dishes in the designated handwash sink. the handwash sink must be used exclusively for handwashing. Additionally the cold water faucet is missing and has been replaced with vice grips.

One light bulb in the ceiling fixture above the warewashing area is missing resulting in lack of sufficient light for cleaning.
