Milk observed held at room temperature (77 degrees F), rather than 45 degrees F or below as required due to a non functional walk-in refrigeration unit. 25 (half pint/236 ml each) cartons of milk and 50 cartons of cold chocolate milk ordered discarded. Management will provide another refrigeration unit today.
