Still an issues with uncovered/unprotected self service food displays at serving counters: open bowls of condiments/sauces, breads and cookies at Wolf Creek Grill, open trays of sandwich toppings at pizza/sandwich station, and as discussed, the big rice cooker/holder at wok station that needs a user friendly lid, split hinged lid or tilt up lid rather than the big lid students must remove, set aside, portion there food standing over the open unit and then replace lid.

Build up of food and soap residue on interior top sections of dishmachine access doors, showed staff what needs clenaed on a regular basis. Also asked that they get a maximum registering thermometer for checking dishwash temps on a daily basis.,

Backflow preventors still not provided on hose bib connections in dishroom and main kitchen at kettle line, hose connection in bakery has the backflow device on the hose bib.

Water stained degrading ceiling panels above bakery prep area by proofer unit. Is there a roof or water line leak, or an uninsulated refrigerant line above the ceiling?

Dust build up on ceiling HVAC vents and surrounding ceiling area through out kitchen dishroom and serving areas.
