Asst. Director: Tracy Sammons informed sanitarian that herself and the director were scheduled for 2 classes which both got cancelled. Sanitarian provided Ms Sammons with a course provider list.

Domestic microwave observed in prep area.
- Backflow Prevention Device when Required, Backflow Prevention Device on Carbonator (46.823(d)(e))
An approved backflow preventer is not installed at the main water meter.

Sanitarian was informed by staff that bottles and cups are washed at handsink in classrooms. All food equipment must be sent home. The facility does not have the proper equipment to wash, rinse and sanitize or sterilize bottles.
