Observed food being stored in opened cans in refrigerator. Store canned food in food grade containers once opened. Correct asap.

Observed black residue on panel of housing of ice machine, this panel is in direct contact with the water used to make ice. Do not use this ice machine until it is emptied, cleaned and sanitized. Facility must use commercially bagged ice until unit is cleaned. Observed old food residue on blade of can opener, potato slicer and on four knives on shelf in prep area. Observed grease build up on hood filters. Correct all within 14 days.

Old food residue, dishes and utensils observed in the handwash sink, indicating uses other than handwashing.

Observed black residue on floors (especially along floor/wall junctures) throughout lower level bar including under stairway. Observed missing ceiling tiles throughout kitchen/prep areas. Correct all within 14 days.

Two doors to the outside, located at the front entrance of the food facility is being propped open allowing for insect/rodent entry. Also observed torn screen on outside door in side dry storage area. Observed flies in kitchen and dining areas.Correct all asap.
