Pizza was held at 122 degrees F rather than 135 degrees F or above as required in the Nemco hot-hold unit. Ambient air of unit at 124*F--turned up & at last check air was 151*F & pizza was probed at 139*F.

Observed a cloth tied to the faucet arm base to prevent water from squirting out when turned on. Correct by July 29, 2010.

Observed black slime residue buildup inside the ice chute dispensing area of the Pepsi soda ice resevoir (at the soda dispensing station). Ice was removed & a "no ice" sign was affixed to the unit. Thoroughly clean and sanitize the insides. Correct by July 26, 2010.
