    --AS noted on previous inspection, 'Cut lettuce was held at 49°F, in the produce display cooler, rather than 41°F or below as required.'
  • Surface Characteristics of Indoor Areas of Food Facilities (46.901)
    --Facility is aged and worn in parts (eg. baseboard is missing, some surfaces are worn, etc.). Hard to clean areas (floor under equipment and shelves need cleaned).
  • Outer Openings Protected, Exterior Walls & Roofs Protective Barrier (46.922(e)(f))
    --As noted previously, 'The bottom of the double doors (sweeps), which open to the outside and are near the produce walk-in cooler, are not functioning to close the bottom of the door. There are rubber strips along the bottom the door which are damaged, and thus allowing an opening about one inch by three inches wide. Similarly, there is an opening along the bottom of the double doors to the compactor room. This matter was noted previously'.
