    Final decorating employee was observed touching finished donuts, icings & decorations - ready to eat foods - with her bare hands. Addressed and corrected immediately, by use of disposable food handler gloves.
  • Design & Functionality of Temperature Measuring Devices (46.590)
    Temperature measuring device (thermometers) for ensuring proper temperature of cooler food zones are not available or readily accessible in walk-in cooler, under-counter cooler units or the walk-in freezer. Accurate thermometers shall be permanently mounted inside all cooler and freezer units this week.

    Food facility operator failed to post any certification certificate, to identify their PDA Food Employee Certification in a location conspicuous to the consumer. Firm is required to post in public view their current valid Employee Food Certification info. Post this week.
