--Food facility does not have available chlorine sanitizer test strips to determine appropriate sanitizer concentration and is therefore not routinely verifying the concentration of the sanitizer.
Chemical Sanitization for Mechanical or Manual Warewashing Equipment (46.674(d))
--Chlorine chemical sanitizer residual detected in the final sanitizer rinse cycle of the low temperature sanitizing dishwasher at the bar was 0 ppm, and not 50-100 ppm as required. Corrected during the inspection. Also chemical company was called are coming to check unit and provide chlorine test strips to facility. Will verify concentration daily.
