There is no individual present with City of Philadelphia Food Safety Certificate. -PIC demonstrated adequate knowledge to operate. Directed PIC to website to obtain food safety certificate. *Note: Food Safety Certified individual must be present during all hours of operation with valid id.
- Identification of Content on Food Storage Containers (46.282)
Working containers holding food or food ingredients (such as cooking oils, flour, herbs, potato flakes, salt, spices and sugar) that are removed from their original packages for use in the food facility shall be identified with the common name of the food they contain. -Provide were lacking.
- Sanitizing Solution Testing Device Provided & Used (46.634 & 46.674(e))
Food facility lacks sanitizer test strips to monitor sanitizer concentration. Provide and utilize.
- Storing Clean Items (46.774)
Clean equipment and utensils shall be stored as specified in subsection (a) and shall be stored covered or inverted, and in a self-draining position that allows air drying. -Invert pots and pans on storage rack.

-No sign or poster posted at the hand wash sink in the deli area and toilet room to remind food employees to wash their hands. -Provide soap, paper towels and hand wash reminder sign at hand wash sink in ware washing area.

Mouse feces observed along floor perimeters in storage area. PIC provided documentation of routine pest control services.
