    Egg rolls in freezer are not packaged & not protected from contamination. Frost from freezer on egg rolls.

    Test strips for sanitizer are not provided. Unapproved containers, small plastic containers, used as wash basins in 3-comp sink. Large equipment does not fit in basins. Rinse basin is not clean and not easily cleanable, grease residue in crevice. Sink compartments must be used.
