    --Observed "new" food handler with numerous wrist bracelets on both arms, reviewed store dress code and food code requirements with PIC. AND Found all the personal items of staff on duty stored on shelves above work tables, all removed during inspection.
  • Food Storage Requirements & Prohibited Areas (46.321)
    --Open boxes of rib patties, Philly steaks, pretzel logs within walk-in freezer, food product not stored protected / covered. Corrected.
  • Design & Functionality of Temperature Measuring Devices (46.590)
    --Digital probe meat thermometer in grill area has a short, will not turn on without manipulating the probe, needs replaced / repaired.
  • Chemical Sanitization for Mechanical or Manual Warewashing Equipment (46.674(d))
    --Low temp dishmachine chlorine sanitizer residual recorded at "0", ran numerous cycles using both mine and store test strips, same "0" results, appears that the pump / chemical feed line had lost prime. PIC called serviceman and primed the unit, BUT then the pump did not work. Serviceman to be on-site within a half an hour.
  • Objective of Cleaning Grease & Soil Accumulations & Nonfood Contact Surfaces (46.711(b)(c))
    --Grease droplets on ansul piping above grill line equipment, clean as needed.
  • Backflow Prevention Device when Required, Backflow Prevention Device on Carbonator (46.823(d)(e))
    --No backflow preventors on the three hose connections in the dishroom, mop sink, and grill room areas.
