    Gloves are donned to place potato chips on plates, however, employees are not washing hands first. Tongs will now be used.
  • Chemical Sanitization for Mechanical or Manual Warewashing Equipment (46.674(d))
    Low temp dishwasher is not dispensing sanitizer. Service company called at time of inspection. Sanitize all equipment and utensils manually until correction can be made.
  • Handwashing Facility - Handwash Cleanser, Hand Drying, Signage, Handwash Aids or Devices Use Restriction (46.941(b)-(e))
    There is no handwashing sign at handwashing sink near the cash register.
