    --NOTED THAT THE FACILITY IS NOT EQUIPPED WITH QUAT CONCENTRATION TEST STRIPS. COMPLIANCE WILL BE MADE WITHIN 2 DAYS.
  • Chemical Sanitization for Mechanical or Manual Warewashing Equipment (46.674(d))
    --NOTED THAT THE QUAT SANITIZER RESIDUES IN THE THREE BOWL SINK IS 100PPM. THIS SANITIZER WAS DISCARDED AND THE SINK WAS FILLED WITH FRESH SANITIZER (200 PPM).
