No sign or poster posted at the handwash sink in the food prep area to remind food employees to wash their hands. Soap was not available at the handwash sink in the food prep area.
- Toilet Rooms Enclosed & Self-Closing Doors (46.922(d))
Due to the limited space, there can not be a self closure on the bi-fold door to the rest room, but the door was open. This must be kept closed at all times.
