The facilty does not have adequate warewashing facilities for the cleaning of the coffee pots & donut case trays. A minimum of a 2-bowl sink (with the use of a commercial cleaner/santiizer agent in both bowls) or a 3-bowl sink (tradtional wash, rinse, & sanitize method) must be installed.
- Lighting Intensity (46.943)
The light intensity in the walk-in cooler & walk-in freezer is not at least 10 foot candles--bulbs not present (shields either)--was also indicated (WIC) on the 6/10 inspection.
- Cleaning Ventilation Systems (46.981(d))
Observed dust/dirt buildup on the walk-in cooler & walk-in freezer fan screens. WIC fan screens previoiusly noted on the 6/10 inpsection.
