Ice scoop in ice bin at waitress station observed stored in the ice and not with handle above the top of the ice. Corrected during the inspection.
- Accuracy of Temperature Measuring Devices for Ambient Air and Water (46.562)
Ambient air temperature measuring device for ensuring proper food storage in walk in cooler and one reach in freezer were not accurate to +/- 3°F. Both were discarded during the inspection. Also reviewed method for calibrating food thermometer in ice water to read 32 degrees F.
- Surface Characteristics of Indoor Areas of Food Facilities (46.901)
Observed dust accumulation around ceiling vent near warewasher. Also observed exposed insulation on pipe on ceiling near warewasher area. Correct asap.
