Deli meats and cheese which are commercially processed ready to eat foods, were located in the refrigerator, and held more than 48 hours, were not being marked with the date it was opened.

Walk in cooler has opened cans of beer and pop covering floor preventing cleaning of the cooler. Items need to be stored, so cooler can be cleaned and at leas 6 inches off of the floor.

There were visible signs of rodent activity in the kitchen under the grill and on the shelves below it. There is also potential rodent harborage areas inside the food facility in back room between kitchen and walk in cooler where personal items are stored and cleaning is difficult.
