There is a build up of frozen condensation on the overhead refrigeration unit in the small walk in cooler. PIC started to defrost during inspection. There is also a build up of frozen condensation on overhead freezer units in the walk in freezers.
- Food Temperature Measuring Devices Calibrated (46.691(b))
Thermometers for ensuring proper food temperatures are not calibrated and/or functioning properly. One stem type thermometer indicated 40 degrees F rather than 32 when calibrated using ice point calibration. Adjusted during inspection.
