    --7- individually packed 4 oz pepperoni rolls with cheese or hot cheese labelled Ruff Creek Trading Co, made by Home Industry Bakery Clarksburg,West Virginia 26301, were seen at room temperature in retail display. No verification safe at room temp here. Agent called Home Bakery company,304-623-3384. But none available. Home Bakery website reads that their pepperoni rolls are sold at Wal Mart. Agent has verification of pepperoni rolls at Wal Mart 15061 being shelf stable but those have different label (Barney's Weir Cove BK). Please supply verification that these pepperoni rolls with cheese are safe at room temp to agent George Daniels at 717-319-0585 or gdaniels@pa.gov by 6/27/14 or remove from sales.
  • Sanitizing Solution Testing Device Provided & Used (46.634 & 46.674(e))
    --No chlorine test paper. Please obtain by 6/27/14.
  • Controlling Pests, Removing Dead or Trapped Birds, Insects, Rodents and Pests (46.981(k)(l))
    --In storage room, 5 rodent excrement pellets seen on floor against right wall, 4' left of sink. Removed during inspection. Please monitor for more activity and check for possible entries.
