Soda dispensing gun and holster in the bar have slime mold on the interior soda contact surface.

The handwash sink in the bar area was blocked by terry towels and a gallon bucket and not accessible at all times for employee use.

Dough mixer and under ovens area of the food facility is extremely dirty, dusty, and in need of cleaning.

Food facility inspection indicates evidence of insect activity in dough mixer areas, but facility does not have a pest control program. Observed flour on the floor in this area infested with live insects to numerous to count.

Food employees observed not wearing or wearing ineffective hair restraints, such as nets, hats, or beard restraints.

Old food spills, dirt and dust under and around the three bay sink and under the three door refrigerator/freezer. Flour spilled around the mixing unit. The entire kitchen area of the facility is cluttered and not easy to clean.

Observed weeds and vines growing around the dumpsters. Observed bread trays scattered outside the rear entry. There are weeds growing close to and against the rear area of the building. All of this is a possible pest harbor.
