Food Employee did not follow proper handwashing procedure. Soap and/or warm water not used. OBSERVED EMPLOYEE COMING IN TO KITCHEN THROUGH BACK SCREEN DOOR, WEARING DISPOSABLE GLOVES, AND NOT CHANGING THEM OR WASHING HANDS PRIOR TO STARTING TO WORK IN HIS AREA. TOLD EMPLOYEE HE NEEDED TO WASH HIS HANDS AND CHANGE GLOVES, AND HE STILL FAILED TO WASH HIS HANDS.
