--The hand wash sinks located in the kitchen and rest room areas do not have water at a temperature of at least 100°F. Hot water heater not working due to leaking roof. Temporary insulated containers of hot water with a minimum temperature of 100 degrees F were provided in the kitchen and rest room areas. Water was noted at 50 degrees F during this inspection.

--Roof is leaking water in back kitchen door area, front counter cafe area, and main kitchen area, and is in need of repair. Areas were assessed during this inspection-no potential for the contamination of food product was observed at this time.
