Build up of slime was noted on upper section of ice storage bin. All ice discarded. Clean prior to use. Contact Region 4 Office at 724-443-1585 when in compliance. Re-inspection will be performed

Bottom jet arm of mechanical dishwasher is not rotating during cycle. Unit shut down during inspection. Facility to contact repair. Contact Region 4 Office at 724-443-1585 when corrected. Reinspection will be performed to verify.

Observed that no splash guard is provided adjacent to the handwash sink near the drive-thru window to prevent possible contamination of single serve cups and other items on table beside sink. Correct asap.

Observed set up of hoses on warewasher did not appear to be correct. Dish detergent was being dispensed after wash cycle and not before. Hose was moved into correct position during the inspection. This unit needs to be checked by a certified technician. Correct within one week.
- Sanitization Requirements, Frequency and Methods (46.731)
Observed no chemical sanitizer is being used in the low temp warewasher. Facility must either use the 3 bowl sink for washing/sanitizing or wash dishware in warewasher and sanitize in 3 bowl sink and allow to air dry. Sanitizer water in 3 bowl sink must be between 65-75 degrees F and have a concentration of 200ppm. Manager stated that all dishware in facility will be cleaned and sanitized asap.
