Food facility inspection indicated evidence of rodent activity in the receiving dry foods storage areas. Observed over twenty hard rodent like feces on the floor area beneath shelving in the dry foods storage area.

Single use gloves being used for multiple tasks without being changed, or not being discarded when damaged or soiled. Observed food employee handling raw beef product with a blue gove covering a clear glove. Employee removed the blue glove sanitized the clear glove using a sanitizing solution and continued to handle ready to eat foods.
