Working container in the sink area, used for storing chemicals taken from bulk supplies, was not marked with the common name of the chemical. The chemical was identified as a sanitizer and was labeled during this inspection.

Consumer self service area for ready to eat foods (bagels, danish) not provided with suitable utensils or dispensing method to prevent contamination. Deli paper was placed at the station during this inspection.

Working bulk food ingredient storage container is not labeled with the common name of the food. The food was identified as flour and labeled during this inspection.

Customer self-service utensils being stored in a manner that hand contact cannot be avoided with the mouth / lip surface of the utensil. The Food Service Director has new dispensing units for self-service utensils.

Moist wiping cloth observed lying on the deli prep table and not stored in sanitizing solution. Facility to store all damp clothes in sanitizing solution. Sanitizer solution was mixed to 200 ppm during this inspection.
- Food Storage Requirements & Prohibited Areas (46.321)
Food is not stored at least 6 inches above the floor in the main kitchen. Obsered boxes of prepackaged snack foods directly on the floor.
- Thawing Potentially Hazardous Food (46.383)
Pre-cooked frozen chicken breast patties being thawed using an unapproved method. Food observed thawing in hot holding equipment. Facility to thaw food in the walk-in cooler overnight.

Milk, held at 50 degrees F, rather than 45 degrees F or below as required. The temperature of the Grab n Go refrigerator was noted at 50-53 degrees F. The actual milk temperature was noted at 48 degrees F during this inspection. The milk was moved to another refrigerator unit during this inspection.

Small Grab n Go refrigerator was noted at 50-53 degrees F rather than the required temperature of 41 degrees F or below.
