    --Food Employee observed changing tasks that may have contaminated hands without a proper handwash in-between. Employee went from sweeping floors to food prep without washing hand in between. Manager will discuss importance of hand washing with employees.
  • Equipment in Good Repair & Proper Adjustment (46.671)
    --Noted the door to the walk in cooler does not close the whole way. Door needs repaired or replaced. Noted the stainless steel shielding cover on the ice machine was loose and did not protect the ice from contamination.
  • Objective of Cleaning Grease & Soil Accumulations & Nonfood Contact Surfaces (46.711(b)(c))
    --Noted an old food residue build up on the top and doors of the mechanical dish washer.
  • Frequency of Cleaning Equipment Food Contact Surfaces and Utensils (46.712)
    --Noted a black residue build up on the ice chute on the soft drink dispensing machine. Corrected on site.
