Food facility does not have adequate refrigeration equipment / capacity to maintain all refrigerated foods at a temperature of 41 degrees F or below. 3 out of the 4 refrigeration units at the cook's line had an ambient temperatures of 54, 63, and 68 degrees for an unkown period of time. Female cooks states refrigeration units have not been functioning properly for about 2 years. Correct immediately.
