-Hand sanitizer observed at handwashing sink. Instructed PIC to discontinue use of hand sanitizer. Soap was provided. Using interpretive services verified that PIC understands the difference between hand sanitizer and hand soap. -Paper towels not provided at hand wash sink in toilet room. Instructed managment to take immediate corrective action.

Inadequate lighting observed in food prep area. Provide.
