Employees washing hands in building 50' from this tent stand. Need free flowing(lever etc...) 100°F water supply AT STAND. Will supply with lever type water supply device and pan to simualte sink and waste water reservoir and soap and towels 6-14-11. First notice.Agent will return tomorrow to verify correction. Note that failure to correct by 1st follow up could lead to $150.00-$300.00 fine and repetition of violation could lead to summary action.
