    Observed ice scoop being stored directly on the ice machine which is not considered a clean surface.

    Observed marinara sauce being held on electric steam table with internal temperature of 125 degrees F. 1 gallon of marinara disposed valued at approximately $5 dollars. Corrected on the spot.

    Observed single use disposable #10 can being re-used to store clean utensils.
  • Retention, Drainage & Delivery of Sewage, Other Liquid Waste & Rainwater (46.862(b)-(f))
    Observed water leak coming in from the ceiling in the hallway outside the men's and ladies restroom. There is also a missing ceiling tile in the kitchen between the three basin sink and the mop sink although no water was observed leaking from this area during this inspection. IMMEDIATE CORRECTIVE ACTION IS REQUIRED AND REPAIRS MADE WITH IN 1 WEEK.

    Observed brooms, dust pans, mops, and buckets being stored in food preparation areas.
