    --Observed clean service ware utensils (spoons, forks and knives) in the kitchen area, stored uncovered or not inverted. Keep service ware covered/protected during periods non use.
  • Air Gap Requirement, Design of Backflow Prevention & Conditioning Devices (46.822(c)-(e))
    --Utility sink has a hose attachment that is hanging below the potential flood rim of the mop basin and not an appropriate air gap. A back flow preventer should be attached between the facet and hose or hook installed high on the wall to always hang the hose elevated.
