There is ground beef (thawing), soup and gravy (cooling) in the walk in cooler. This cooler is not holding foods below 41 deg. F. Food in this unit were placed in a different refrigerator during inspection.

Noted in two previous visits. " The walk in cooler is holding foods near 45 deg. F. Some food (non potentially hazardous was up to 48 deg. F. The only potentially hazardous foods in this unit, thawing beef and sausage was moved to a different cooler during inspection. Owner said he had a repairman repair and adjust this unit since previous inspection. And he phoned the repairman today (during inspection)." Owner comitted to only store non potentially hazardous products, vegetables, beer, acidified condiments etc. in the walk in cooler. Today, I find the aforementioned products in addition to non potentially hazardous foods in this unit.

As note previously, there is some standing water in the bottom of the keg cooler. This matter has improved over previous visits however, remains with some standing liquid. Today, I find the cooler was cleaned

Owner said he had a repairman repair and adjust this unit since previous inspection. And he phoned the repairman today (during inspection)." Today, I find there are no potentially hazardous foods in this walk in cooler. It is holding foods at 49 deg. F. All potentially hazardous foods are held in a different refrigerator. That unit is holding those foods at acceptable temperatures today
