    --Condensation is building up on ceiling of grocery walk in freezer and dripping onto boxes stored below.
  • Stored Frozen Food (46.381)
    --Frozen foods not maintained in a frozen state in the end open case. Pizza was not solid to the touch. Pizza temperature was at 38 degrees F. Pizza was moved. Unit was frozen, and PIC began to defrost unit.
  • 3 Pa.C.S.A Secs. 6501-6510 (FEC)
    --Certificate for Paul Zaitzew that is displayed is not an approved course for Food Employee Certification. Left course information with PIC for follow-up. PIC to send copy of FEC certificate to Regional Office once received.
