Employee observed handling ready to eat waffle cones with bare hands. Foods that are ready to eat must not be handled with bare hands.
In-Use Utensils & Between Use Storage (46.302)
Ice cream scoops were stored in dirty standing water. Employee did not know how often water was changed and scoops are cleaned. Scoop and container must be cleaned and sanitized and water changed at least every four hours.
Wiping Cloths Use Limitations (46.304)
Wet wiping cloths were sitting on the counter in the ice cream cone making area rather than being stored in a sanitizer solution.

Condensation is dripping from the refrigeration unit in the Walk in Refrigerator. Some of the condensation is being collected in pans, however most of it is splashing onto containers of food. Condensation problem needs repaired to protect food from contamination.
