Interior top section of ice machine has brown slime residuals at ice deflector/water resovoir area. Unit shut off until cleaned and sanitized.

Black resdue accumulation on bottom of high horizontal water pipe, and on 4" x 18" white plastic panel below deflector,and pink and black reidue on front,bottom section of deflector of upper compartment of ice maker in self service area. Machine was shut down, out of order sign placed on ice chute, and cleaning personnel notified to clean today. Please do not use machine until it is cleaned and and sanitized and agent verifies.Agent will return week of 4/12-16/2010 to verify. If machine is cleaned before then you may notify me and I will attempt to return and verify before then.Note:agents not available 4/5-9/10. Warning letter requested.Repeat of violation could lead to summary action.
