    Food faciliy does not have a Health Awareness Reporting Procedure for food employees.
  • Identification of Content on Food Storage Containers (46.282)
    Several food items were observed on food storage shelves in the retail area not labeled. Working containers holding food or food ingredients (such as cooking oils, flour, herbs, potato flakes, salt, spices and sugar) that are removed from their original packages for use in the food facility shall be identified with the common name of the food they contain.
  • Preventing Contamination from Food Contact with Equipment & Utensils (46.301)
    Manager stated that raw meats are being packaged on the lid of freezer units. A food preparation table is needed by the food establishment.
  • Food Storage Requirements & Prohibited Areas (46.321)
    Food storage does not maintain proper elevation. Boxes of chips were stored on the floor at time of inspection. Food shall be protected from contamination by storing as follows: (1) In a clean, dry location. (2) Where it is not exposed to splash, dust or other contamination. (3) At least 15 cm (6 inches) above the floor.

    /501 Food equipment in use does not meet minimum design standards. Non NSF approved freezer units and soda crates, used as storage shelves, are being used in the food facility.

    A toilet room used by females shall be provided with a covered receptacle for sanitary napkin disposal.

    Mice droppings were observed at the perimeters located near employees restroom.
