Raw shell eggs stored above milk in the self service refrigerator. The eggs were placed on the bottom shelf.
- Hot Holding Potentially Hazardous Foods (46.385(a)(1))
Breakfast sandwich 123*f and ham & cheese sandwich 120*f in the hot holding unit. The manager stated that the sandwiches are kept in the unit for two hours, however, a time/temperature log is not maintained for the sandwiches. The sandwiches were disposed of by the manager, who stated that a log will be maintained for the sandwiches.

- Frequency of Cleaning Equipment Food Contact Surfaces and Utensils (46.712)
Scum around the drop chute in the ice machine in the back area. Scum in the drop chute of the ice dispenser at the self service counter. The manager called maintenaince who will be in the facility tomorrow to clean the equipment.
- Availability, Capacity & Pressure of Water (46.805)
Food facility hot water heater is not producing enough hot water to supply the equipment and hand wash sinks at the time of this inspection. The hot water heater is inadequate for providing hot water at the correct temperature through the day as hot water at proper temperatures (equipment washing 110*f or above
