A new ventilation hood was installed, but for some reason is not receiving electricity at the time of the inspection. A repair man is coming this afternoon. The facility is not slated to open until July 1, 2011. Correct prior to opening--call when corrected.
- Availability, Capacity & Pressure of Water (46.805)
Food facility hot water heater is not producing enough hot water to the 3-bowl sink. Upon initial check, water was at 100*F & not 110*F as required. Hot water tank (separate from dishwasher) was turned up & at last check was at 113*F.
