Plastic containers of French fries were stored on floor in walk in cooler and not at least six inches above the floor. French fry containers are then placed on counter by fryer for use. PIC said she would start keeping containers on shelves.
- Cleanability of Floors, Walls, & Ceilings (46.921)
Several floor tiles are missing in kitchen near oven and ice machine. Chipping wood from previous floor below is exposed. Floor is no longer smooth and easily cleanable. PIC said that they had a contractor look at the floor and were in the process of working on having it repaired.
