I rather shop at this location than the one on Elmira St. in Sayre, Pa. I just never see any of the buggies at your store for disabled adults like myself. Your staff members have all been so helpful since I haven't lived in this area for a year yet and your store is fairly new to me. I have shopped at the Tops Market in Owego, NY on occasion with other family members. However, I have found that the store located at Keystone Ave. in Sayre, Pa. is my favorite. I find the entrance overwhelming with the colors and smells of the produce, but that in itself is a pleasure....
I do sometimes have trouble finding what I need, but not once has any of your staff members ever directed me wrong. They are courteous and knowledgeable about the store and the locations of things. If they aren't sure, they have looked for it and had me simply wait. I was in line waiting to be cashed out and an older lady ahead of me had purchased one of the sale items that allows you to get something else free when purchase a certain product. She wasn't aware of that and the cashier brought it up to her. Now that is something that a person doesn't see very often.
