Tan in color slimy residue accumulation on 2" x 18" plastic panel below high horizontal water pipe behind upper panel of Ice o-Matic ice maker in kitchen. And similar residue on 1" X 18" plastic panel below ice forming plate of that machine.Cleaned during inspection. Please do FULL machine cleaning according to directions on the back of the upper panel of this machine this week and quarterly or as needed. Residue was noted on the bottom of the high horizontal water pipe at 1/18/11 inspection.

No shields on 2-4' lights in front of ventilation hood in kitchen. Please shield by 2/13/12.

No backflow prevention on ice hopper at bar.Please provide by 2-1-11.

Lids on outdoor dumpster cannot be closed because they are jammed against barbecue. Please relocate barbecue or dumpster within week to allow closure of lids.
