A small scoop coated with food debris was stored in a cardboard cup used for soup. The scoop is used to remove hot food from a steam table. Store the scoop in the hot food with the handle above the food or store it in a clean and dry condition between uses. Scoop was replace with a clean scoop.

Water was observed in the bottom of a sandwich prep unit. Clean the unit to remove the standing water and check the condensate drain to ensure that it is not clogged.
