    Internal temperature of PHF's (egg salad, seafood salad, tuna salad, mayo, ham, turkey, etc) for greater than 4 hours measured 46F - 51F. Voluntarily discarded. Use time as a temperature control with documentation if an internal temperature of 41F or below cannot be maintained.

    In seafood dept., Consumer Advisory is partially obscured by a shelf filled with cans.
