Milk in refrigerated prep unit near drive thru window was 50-51 degrees F. Ambient air temp was 55 F. Maintain all PHF's at 41 F or below. Milk was discarded. Unit emptied. Do not use this unit until it is repaired or replaced.

Refrigerated prep unit near take-out window is not capable of maintaining food product temperatures below 41 F. This is a repeat occurance. Permanently repair this unit or replace it. Unit will be required to be replaced if a repeat violation occurs.

A storage closet door and door frame was removed exposing unfinished wood framing and drywall. Install appropriate wall covering and trim moulding to assure cleanable surfaces.
