    Only an employee restroom located in food prep area is being used by patrons. A table and chairs is also available for dine in use by patrons. Oowner states a hand wash facility will be installed for use by sit down patrons within 30 day.

    Food prep hand wash sink is filled with soapy water and soiled utensils. Sink to be used for hand wash only.
  • Mechanical Ventilation as Needed (46.944)
    Homestyle griddle is currently being used to fry eggs, steak and other foods as stated by employee. No frying or food prep which creates a grease laden vapor to be conducted until an approved hood system is in place. Equipment was disconnected and removed during inspection.
